I have a problem with Wasp. A Terminix sales man came out on Wednesday and told me on Thursday he would have a tech come out and spray for the wasp. I said I would not be home and he said that would be okay. He called his manager to my house who validated what he said and said after they sprayed about a week later they would come seal the entry hole. I got a text message that the tech was at my home and pictures were uploaded of the work. there was nothing done with the bee area - only some spray around the perimeters of house. The bees are on the 2nd story. I called the salesmen back and he said he would have the tech come back out and spray for the bees - and later that day told me that was done - but he had no pictures to prove that. I called the office to initiated a complaint - the office rep told me she did not see a work order for anyone returning to my home - so the salesman just lied to my face. I paid $186.00 and signed a years contract. I was told I could not get a refund because I needed to let them try to correct the problem - and no one could come out until the following week. Everything they said was a lie. I was ripped off - and it stopped my progress of trying to find someone who could actually correct the problem. I never thought that Terminix was a company that couldn't be trusted. The salesmen actually said by the time you get home the bees should no longer be flying around the location when he knew no one came out to take care of the situation. I am sick to my stomach. I have a family member with a serious medical condition and I explained this to the salesrep and for this reason I needed this taken care of right away - I missed 3 days from work trying to find a vendor to handle and stopped looking because terminix said they could take care of it. I can't believe how I was taken advantage of by Terminix. This is very disturbing and very sad.
