Predatory
Forced me into signing a personal guarantee while I was in a cute mental health crises. I attempted to take my life 2 weeks after signing.
I have explained this to them, I have no money and no assets and was not in a good place when signing.
They originally said they would give me breathing space but they have decided to take me to court less than 2 days after saying they would give me breathing space.
I believe they have acted predatory and have pushed me further towards the edge. I was trying to sell the vehicle but they sent bailiffs in to take the vehicle without my consent and then sold the vehicle i had just purchased for £15,000 for less than £3,500
My only option now is bankruptcy, I honestly do not understand why they have decided to push someone who is already suicidal and had zero assets or income further towards oblivion. They have spoken to my therapist and step change debt relief charity who have both confirmed my ongoing acute mental health crises but they decided to ruin my life for the next 6 years and give me nothing to live for anyway.
My death will be on their hands.
