V/O spa in Holly Springs , NC ripped me off. I have tried for 5 months to get a refund back of $238 and they have gave me the run around about their refund policy stating they have a capp on their accounts that are locked. I am a handicapped person and can not any longer drive to the spa. I went over my sistution with 2 different managers with no results except that the monies owed me for a canceled membership. They came up with a different amount but are unwilling to give it back. I would not reccomend this spa to anyone. They will cheat you.
