Excellent Experience!.
I recently underwent a surgical procedure here. My impression was very friendly knowledgeable and professional. The nurses were very empathetic and patient as I asked questions and was treated with respect by each and everyone,CC was my preop nurse, Mykhaylo was my OR nurse and Maureen my recovery room nurse'I felt safe and accepted I have severe hearing loss and efforts were taken by everyone that I understood everything clearly ..The impeccable cleanliness was extremely reassuring as was the organization making it a free flowing work atmosphere.Dr.Rabinovich is exemplary in his patient/ doctor skills and above all his surgical skills.The entire experience was simply wonderful! I am completely satisfied with the results of the operation.I need to add that I am a retired BSN RN . i was very observant from my nursing point of view.From start to finish an A plus!!!
