Extremely Rude, Arrogant and Unhelpful
A horrendous experience with John. I've been struggling with a bulged disc for over a year and came to John for some advice / second opinion / help in any way. He spent the whole appointment talking down to me, didn't allow me to ask any questions, told me that I was wasting his time, and it was only when I broke down in tears did he offer any sympathy what so ever. You're the expert medical professional, in a job where you are meant to help patients. Get over yourself. One of THE worst appointments I have ever had.
