The vet doctor was a contracted doctor and she was informative and caring. She ran some expensive tests, which were needed for my senior dog. She said she would call me back the following Monday, which was a few days or she said someone else would call me back sooner. I called on Wednesday and the front desk person said they left me a message that morning. No on called and left a message. The front desk person insisted that something was wrong with my phone. She said she would have to check to see if someone could call me back. This raised my frustration- the word “if” what kind of place is this and I spent over $500. I asked to speak to a manager and she did no/one was there and then I asked for her name and she hung up the phone. Now it is almost two weeks and no one has called me back. I left a message- let’s see.
