Waiting TWO MONTHS...
I have been waiting almost TWO MONTHS for a check so that my damaged vehicle cam be repaired. In multiple phone conversations, they blame the Post Office and ASK multiple times for my address. They NOW say they will overnight this, which SHOULD have been done after a couple of failed attempts. NEVER have I had an experience like this. TOTALLY unacceptable.
