Disappointing Customer Service
We took our 2020 Chev Equinox thru the new one at St.Augustine South and a piece of the running board was pulled out. After filing a claim and having it denied, I was told it clearly states running boards are not covered and they could not have cared about customer service any less. Such a disappointment. Be cautious about using this facility.
