This company need to sort out their policies regarding deliveries. We did not receive a delivery three times last week so phoned up and they said redeliver. Ok but i said to save money in costs eg fuel and waste of drivers time don't worry i can get one when i go out. Suffolk News policy is still to charge you for going out and buying a paper which is disgraceful. They said that the driver needs to redeliver to rectify mistakes now ok but why can't they just deliver correctly the following morning. A paper at 4pm in the afternoon is no good. Will be cancelling their service and please bring back the paperboys and girls they are missed by everyone
