Would not return our $2,000 deposit!
We paid a $2,000 deposit to Preferred Trailers to build a custom trailer. After a year of poor performance and no returned calls, we asked for our deposit back. They refused, and we had to go to small claims court to recover it. After winning the case, we are now working to get our money back. This process has taken over a year. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Do your research; we are not the only ones who have sued them.
