Learn from my error
I suggest hands on supervising should you choose the installation. An $8 per plant installation ended up being $1700 to repair the plumbing that was broken by the installer. We advised on the general area and the installer chose to dig at visibly exposed pipes. The consent for install includes: "I acknowledge that Smarty Plants Nursery is not responsible for any underground utilities and pipes damaged in the installation process. (Please disclose location of septic system prior to installation)." I learned the hard way that being able to see the pipes leading into the ground does not qualify to the owner as disclosing locations of pipes. See photo attached. I was given a refund for the $8 for the plant that couldn’t be installed "due to the water." Otherwise, she has been unresponsive to attempts to find a resolution for the negligence.
Plants and delivery were what was promised.
