Horrendous UPVC butchers
We paid our deposit and placed our order for the whole house to have new window & doors back in January 2025, with an 8-10 week installation time.
It wasnt until 19th May that the windows turned up and were fitted. Apart from one which we rejected as the welds were awful. It wasnt until the 8th August that the new window turned up and again was rejected due to bad quality.
In the mean time SGM had sent up so called trades people to fix small probems with the installation of other windows and doors, but they sent UPVC butchers, whom damaged the frames, tried sanding them down and took the foil finish off.
This company is a night mare, after 8 months we are still waiting for a large window and returning tradesman have caused more damage.
