Disappointing and Pathetic
My overall experience with this service agency has been extremely disappointing. The staff are unprofessional, the technicians appear unskilled, and delays in service delivery are a regular occurrence. Unfortunately, my recent experience has raised even more serious concerns.
During a recent visit by their technicians to serve another business entity within our office premises, a gas cylinder blast occurred. This explosion not only caused partial damage to my parked motorcycle but also left one of the technicians injured. The technicians involved appeared inexperienced and lacked proper training, and there were no safety protocols or precautionary measures followed while handling the gas cylinders.
This incident could have had catastrophic consequences, as it occurred in a public place. What’s more alarming is the response from Mr Sanjib Dey, who I believe is the owner of the agency. His attitude toward the incident was disturbingly irresponsible and dismissive.
I have filed a report at the local police station regarding the matter. I strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution before engaging with this service provider. Safety should never be compromised, and in this case, it clearly was.
