Im Walter and I'm currently a resident here and I'm leaving not long from now to my own fancy 1400$ a month luxury apartment being paid mostly by the state and going to school for military communication and correctional phsychology for a prison and if have to say it's a very decent facility. I like Benjamin,the New administrator. He's very nice just like Josh who works for corporate and is the son of the owner of forty different aldens who was also covering for Ben until Ben got hired. Josh still comes over a lot to check on the place so we technically have two admins. I was here for three years before from 2017 to 2020 and transferred out of Alden only for college then came back. They do stand-up meetings Monday through Friday to tell the cna and nurses how to do better. They highly improved and really stepped up on banning excessive call offs of the cnas on the weekends. I also like Brittany,Ben's second in command. She's very sweet and a very good boss's assistant. They are working on fixing the Wi-Fi cause that's the only thing that needs improvement. Other than that the patient care is great.
