I’ve never had a physician who could not remember the meds he prescribed and had to ask ME what he prescribed after a week of waiting for my meds to be ready, I calm and he calls me back and asks what he prescribed for me. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. I’m going to someone else as soon as I can cut loose from this guy b
