I am writing to formally document a highly unsatisfactory experience with Rosas Construction LLC, operated by Luis Rosas, involving poor workmanship, unresponsiveness, and unresolved liability.
In 2024, Mr. Rosas was hired to complete a concrete project at my residence in Park City, Utah. Within months, the poured concrete began to spall, peel, and degrade, indicating clear deficiencies in either material quality, installation, or both.
Despite multiple documented attempts to reach Mr. Rosas to address the issues and seek remediation, he has failed to respond in any capacity. Furthermore, my neighbor also hired Rosas Construction for a separate project, which failed in a nearly identical fashion — and she too has received no response despite repeated outreach.
Both of us have notified Mr. Rosas that we consider him legally liable for the defective work and are prepared to take formal legal action. As of this writing, there has been no acknowledgment or attempt at resolution.
It is deeply concerning that Mr. Rosas continues to operate and accept new projects despite multiple unresolved and materially defective jobs in the local area.
I strongly advise consumers and suppliers alike to exercise extreme caution when considering Rosas Construction LLC for any work. My experience reflects a clear lack of accountability, professionalism, and integrity — and I am sharing this in the interest of protecting others from a similar outcome.
