3 contacts with this practice and 3 errors! Invoice error: 6 late evening weekend calls from vets to rectify- very alarming as thought there was a family emergency. Drug error, which has taken 5 wks to rectify. Followed by dispensing error, received half of what I paid for. This practice then expected me to travel in to surgery to sort, and then pay postage to sort out their 2nd error. Would not recommend.
