Kevin and Dusty are great and take feedback very well.
The project went over a few days it was a little stressful at the end but All came together so nicely.
Absolutely love my new patio sunroom and couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of the workmanship, the integrity and honesty of the general and subcontractors.
I’d recommend requesting a scope of work, the detailed invoice, and set expectations on timeline and quality expectations.
Well I expected some dust due to drywall/sheet rock – some of it should’ve been cleaned up during the project – and materials no longer being used discarded as the project progressed.
We had one hiccup of miscommunication and Kevin is going to fix it by creating a a decorative bench to cover up my mini split.
The subcontractors Garrett, Jeremy, Adrian, and others worked well together – however a little work on communication and coordination between them is suggested for future projects.
I have high expectations and they met them.
