I believed I had done thorough research before engaging with this firm—thankfully, I chose not to move forward.
I was explicitly told by the sales representative that the service included “lifetime” rewrites and ongoing support as part of the fee. However, when I reviewed the contract, it became clear that this was not the case. The agreement did not reflect what was promised verbally.
To make matters worse, when I raised my concerns, the owner of the company called me directly. Instead of resolving the issue, the conversation only highlighted more inconsistencies between the sales pitch and the actual terms.
In my experience, the business practices were misleading and left me feeling that I narrowly avoided a costly mistake. Proceed with caution and be sure to scrutinize everything in writing.
