I will NEVER again work with this company . It all started out ok with the original guy Tim but when he handed things over to Cole things went downhill. This is supposed to be a luxury builder. My home is a $2 mil home. Addressing any warranty items has been the BIGGEST nightmare and I have been never been treated so poorly. My doorknob fell off in my hand the other day as I closed the door. All of my doors upstairs have gunk all over them and look like someone picked them up while they were wet and have fingerprints and some gunk all over them. I was told WAY back if I could wait they will fix it at final walk-through. now they say its not signed by them so they don't do touchups. I have never had a key to my garage doors. They left literally about 20 keys unlabeled that some don't even fit in any doors and when I asked for a key for the one that doesn't have one I was told yes. now they say I should get a locksmith. I asked about our HOA bc the mulch is all gone and needs to be redone and Cole went off on me and told me I was in charge of the HOA now bc he has moved on to another neighborhood and most of our houses have moved in so he was done iwth it. The level of unprofessionalism is unreal. and I used to get help from Tim but now he just basically tells Cole not to help me. I was told to get my final walk through items in within a 2 week period and I did and now they tell me I turned it in too late and I am out of warranty. NEVER have I seen such unprofessionalism .EVER. now he tells me I closed a month before I did. wow.
