I really wanted to write a glowing review for GreenPi. As a company that claims to be 100% Australian-based with local stock and a strong alignment with APCO's sustainability goals, they seem like the kind of business many of us genuinely want to support.
Their product range is impressive—100% PCR, metal-free, recyclable mono-material packaging that meets the growing demand for sustainable and responsible cosmetic and wellness packaging. It’s clear they’ve thought carefully about material integrity and recyclability, which is refreshing in a market often cluttered with vague or misleading eco claims.
Unfortunately, my experience trying to engage with the company has been disappointing. Despite repeated attempts—via email, website contact form, and across several days—there’s been no response, and the company doesn’t appear to list a phone number or offer any other reliable way to get in touch. For a company claiming local operations and industry alignment, this lack of communication feels like a major red flag.
I would love nothing more than to work with and recommend a local Aussie supplier doing the right thing with genuinely sustainable packaging. But without a reliable way to communicate or confirm availability, MOQs, or even just speak to a real person, it’s difficult to move forward with trust or confidence.
I hope GreenPi improves their customer engagement soon, because they could be a fantastic local resource for brands looking to do better.
