My basement was dry for several months afterward then suddenly water appeared everywhere. I've text'd the manager with whom I communicated formerly 3 times now & he has not responded. Also, they left a pile of red dirt & rocks in my yard without explanation. When they first did the work, they did not install a pump which was on the quote, saying it is not always necessary (no mention of adjusting the price) but when the installation failed, they came back & installed the pump.
