If I could I would give a negative 5 stars!
I had several teeth pulled by Dr. Batson this spring. Two of them were on the upper right side. I was heavily sedated and did not feel a thing. That's the good part.
My husband was my designated driver, I was so out of it I could not have possibly driven myself. Neither Dr. Batson or his staff told my husband that anything was wrong with the surgery.
I saw my regular dentist a short time later. I mentioned to her that when I rinsed my mouth out I would have liquid coming out of my right nostril. She found that I had a hole in my mouth between my sinus cavity and where my teeth were pulled.! It was the size of the eraser on a mechanical pencil!
I returned to Capitol Oral Surgery. Dr. Batson examined me and scheduled an appointment to repair the damage.
Not once did Dr. Batson say anything about the hole in my mouth! Nor did he apologize or take any responsibility for it.
By then I did not and could not have any trust in him.
I spent $2000 to have the hole repaired at another dentist.
