I really want to give absolutely zero rating because I don't know about the product but the service is bullshit. I asked for them to ship me a kholapuri chappal, and I already gave them the size. I had planned to give to someone as their birthday gift. Then suddenly, one day I get a message that they are need more information about the size, and that was just a day or two before the birthday. I was disappointed that they did not mention that while placing the order. I still tried to improvise, and I asked them to cancel the order, but now they have shipped it. And the funny thing is that I did not reply to the message that the sent to me earlier. Now, I don't even know what will come, will it be good or bad. Regardless, the whole point of a gift is lost. Shameful and insincere service.
