Worse Landscaping Ever
I bought a Smith Douglas home and had a horrible landscape job by Gary Ledford. I struggled with the warranty dept. at SD all year and Gary did little to correct the drainage. Last week I spent $4200 to correct problems he and Smith Douglas left me with.
Worse than his work was his attitude, he expected substandard work to draw no complaints, and apparently Smith Douglas warranty department allows him, no shields him, from correcting what a blind man can see is substandard.
In the spring I plan to pull up all the sod and start over with a professional landscaper. We plan to pull our all the building materials such as roofing, brick, concrete, wood scraps which were sodded over and properly prepare the ground and then install quality sod.
With the work I have already done i expect to have about 8,000 in my yard rework and correction.
