This complex is awful. The cost does not reflect the condition of the buildings or the services. There is no safe walking. It took 2 summers of complaining about the poorly working AC to finally get it repaired. Expect weekly emails from the staff telling you what everyone is doing wrong. In our time there we had to request near constant repairs including the waterfall in our kitchen from the upstairs burst pipes and the dripping appliances.
