Clueless "experts"
Called customer support twice over trying to get port forwarding - as CGNAT doesn't allow that - first time, I simply asked if they could allow port forwarding, the answer I got was that I had to change it on my router. Second time, I tried to use more exact language, asking if I could get an IP that can be publicly connected to, even specifying if they could removed me from CGNAT, well, they once again said I had to change that on my router. When I asked the "technician" if he even knew what CGNAT was (I'm guessing he doesn't) he just said " have a good day". Now for people who aren't tech literate - or work as a "technician" at A1 - CGNAT is not something that can be changed from a router, it is something that the ISP needs to change.
Currently, I'm just thinking of how I can convey my needs in more simpler terms, I went from Port forwarding to a publicly connectable IP and now I'm thinking if I should just ask for a static IP - as CGNAT is mutually exclusive with it.
I also want to point out that I am not someone who works in an ISP center, I am a teenager. A teenager who seemingly knows more than the experts at A1. God help us all.
