love their journals but this company is horrible to deal with. Out of the six journals I have ordered there have been issues with three. Last one smelled so bad of mildew it could not be used and after several weeks of back and forth, they finally sent me a new one and it was the wrong one, not the size I ordered. I gave them another chance and this time they sent wrong color and we have emailed repeatedly now with no resolution. I ordered directly from them this time, but no better experience than last two times. Their journals are not cheap and they are lovely, but this company does not resolve problems well, if at all. My guess is that they will not replace this latest purchase which is not even close to the color I ordered. I will not order from them again and I do not recommend them.
