DO NOT RECOMMEND
We asked for the service professional to just look at the machine and give us an estimate on how much it would cost to repair and what was wrong with it. I asked him to not repalce anything unless he had our approval. After 20 minutes of work he told me he had fixed everything and we owned him over $300. He said it was the fuse that went out and charged us $70 for just the fuse. The same fuse which is sold for $9 at Lowes and on Amazon. I was really upset that he completed the work, when I asked him to not do that. We wanted to know what was wrong and then be able to decide how to move forward. It is insane that we were charged over $300 for a home visit, 20 minutes of work and a $9 fuse. We will never use this service again.
