The work he did was very good but he did not remove what he was paid to do.
The work he did was very good. He was hired to remove 2 large blocks of cement that was out down in the 70's He said after a few days. Oh we don't have to remove them. I'll cover them with soil and add grass seed. o.k. it looked good for a few weeks. But when the sun came out and the cement got hot. it killed all the grass. I called him left a message and he never did anything about it.
Even though he was paid to remove it.. now I'll have to find someone else to remove it!!! Which will cost more money!! I bought some sod to try out. Not sure if that will stay or die.
