If you are Latino and you make complaints in Spanish, they will throw them in the trash and ignore you. They did nothing of the complaints that were made to investigate the violations to disability and their guardians.

In the middle of the pandemic I sent a request for intervention for investigation - BECAUSE I WAS IN SPANISH they denied it, they threw it in the trash and today my family faces the most vile and atrocious case with housing
