PCR plumbing is contracted by our apartment leasing office to to fix issues. Plumber promised to be here at 9am Monday morning. Its now nearly 11am with NO plumber in sight. He didn't have the right size pipe to fix the issue on Sunday. He also didn't have the machine to cut into the slab for the slab leak in Sunday. Downside is that we've had a flooded kitchen and dining room area and the water is coming in faster than we are able to mop it up. The owner of this property always chooses the cheapest. Don't follow their lead.. CAVEAT EMPTOR! DON'T USE THESE CLOWNS!

NEVER AGAIN

UPDATE: This business went under the name Belle Star when they had a booth at the Original Renaissance Pleasure Faire. I believe the business is now owned by someone else and their customer service is down the toilet. Michelle, who handles orders, is rude beyond belief. They take their sweet time packing and shipping orders. I ordered perfume for a birthday gift on JULY 17, 2025. Today is August 1, 2025 and my order STILL hasn't arrived. If Michelle hadn't taken EIGHT DAYS to get my order to the Post Office, the gift recipient would have the perfume. CAVEAT EMPTOR! Do not purchase here. Run away as fast as you can.

I will NEVER order from them again. Michelle, their sales rep is RUDE. They take 5 to 7 BUSINESS days to ship orders. It seems they aren't used to shipping orders. They have a booth at the Renaissance Faire. I greatly prefer 'The Perfumed Dragon' - their oils smell so much better and they ship QUICKLY.
