Ace has a 'compliance' department. Obviously manned by Indian people or from surrounding countries there. I am supporting 5 students in the Philippines. They are poor and from villages. I pay now their studies, but they are in the big cities. Which means : costs for school, roomrent, costs for living. They are pour and thus cannot handle money. So I cannot send 1 payment per month, because the money will be gone after 2 days. This means that I have to make many small payments, every time when they need money. ACE is now many times blocking my payments, asking over and over again the same information. Because they see many payments and "big"amounts in Philippine piso. Not realising that that is only a small amount in euro's. They did block for example payments with Christmas, when I just wanted to send everybody a Christmas present of 15 euro!!! How stupid can you be?? Last 2 monthes, blocked again my monthly payments with stupid questions. Why do I always send payments on the same date? 23 day of the month. Looks quite logical to me: because then I get my pension. I explained everything. You should expect that the note that down. But this month same again. Explainede again. Now 1 student needed extra money because her rice-cooker broke down. I send 44 euro. Also included extra money for food, and for small amounts the costs are to high. Blocked. I really am angry now, so be aware that they are even blocking small amounts, suspecting you of white-washing your money. If you want to help people in the 3th world, DO NOT USE ACE>!!!!
