Would rate negative stars if that were an option- customer service is terrible. Received a day tour as a gift- tour was cancelled. Had to call 5 times to get anyone to be able to confirm this for me. Apparently, there is one person who handles all of the tours and there is no coverage for that person when on vacation. Was told by two different people it wasn't their job. Couldn't confirm if a refund was done. Lousy customer service and attitudes. Will never do business here
