Very very very bad customer service.

3,5 weeks ago I ordered a sweater on their webshop and their shipping department filled in the wrong worth of the sweater.
This week I received the sweater and I needed to pay 135 euros extra of customer clearance costs for a sweater that has cost me 45 euros, all because of that one little mistake that can be easily corrected if they help me.

I have tried to contact their customer service several times, but they just don’t respond at all, while they indicate everywhere to mail to 1 email address for merch matters.
