I have just made a complaint about the Women and Girls Network. The ISVA (Independent Sexual Violence Advocate) there did not appear to know what she was doing and I had to do research for her. I had to make my own complaints against the Police because she was not around and when she did contact them they became even more hostile to me. The case ended when her Manager became involved and her response made me even more angry. She then suggested that I - a person with a PhD and a retired medical doctor - might use a service for learning disabled people more appropriately! A comment surely designed to provoke. They are not fit for purpose and ISVA's dealing with extremely vulnerable people do not even need to be trained. I was initially suicidal because of their treatment of me but since I have got a professional legal adviser now I am getting better.
