Clinically I have no criticisms of COUG. But their accounting and operational functions leave much to be desired. I am owed a refund by the practice and while they say it was mailed on May 30, I never received it. I have requested a new payment multiple times and get the run around.
I am fine with Dr. Corbett. But this experience is causing me to reconsider continuing with COUG. The amount of money is modest. It's the attitude.
