All of the staff (Jaylynn, Nelsa, Gajian, Sam, Shelda and Nardeen) were extremely courteous and professional. Thanks everyone.
My only complaint is that I had to wait longer than I expected from the time I arrived until the time I was brought in. Maybe the schedule was heavier than normal. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.
