Default and non-payment of uncontested services.
In January of 2022, PRMS of Altoona, PA contracted Blue Eagle Consulting (BEC) to provide an experienced SME consultant to assist them with one of their hospital clients with Meditech Expanse software. Our consultant delivered on expertise and experience and was increasingly and repeatedly requested to assist per the contracted hourly bill rate, through Aug. of 2022. Despite repeated attempts to receive payment and promises by PRMS to pay, BEC was never paid for the undisputed services totaling a balance of $16,603.75. It was awarded a default judgement in that amount by the Circuit Court of Alabama 58-CV-2022-000426.00, Judge William H. Bostick III
