this leasing company is shady, and disgusting. I am a current tenant who is pursuing legally against this company due to the company's failure to do basic maintenance, they also left me with a dirt unit at time of move in after having me pay a 900 security deposit and me asking them multiple times prior to move in if the unit was cleaned, they lied and stated it was then I came to move in and it was clear the unit had not been thoroughly cleaned.
They allow violence on the property and harassment as well, I as a tenant have had to call police on other tenants, and Rodman just allows their tenant's to behave this way. It is also a non smoking property but they allow tenants to smoke weed, and ciggarettes on the property.
This leasing company is disgusting, and they only care about overturning tenants and money rather then fixing up units and maintaining long term tenants.
Do not rent, and save your time any energy.
