In 2022, I made a $39,679.81 deposit to Dom Interiors for a custom kitchen that they ultimately failed to deliver. We later agreed to apply the funds toward a Lema Cloud sofa, which they claimed would be manufactured and delivered by February 2025. As of July 2025, I have received nothing.
Dom Interiors has ghosted all communication despite repeated follow-ups. Their Chicago location has quietly shut down without any notice. I’ve sent formal written demands and have given them multiple chances to resolve the situation professionally — they’ve responded with complete silence.
This company has effectively scammed me out of nearly $40,000. Their behavior is unethical, unprofessional, and possibly fraudulent.
Do not trust Dom Interiors with your time or money. This has been an expensive and frustrating experience, and I strongly urge others to avoid doing business with them.
