HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH TROPITONE!!!!...
I ordered furniture from a local dealer in Franklin, TN on 3-15-25. I was told I would have it by 5-15-25. Today is 7-19-25, and I do not have it. The problem is with Tropitone. Tropitone keeps saying they are having shipping difficulties. I know that is not true, because I have a small company that we ship everyday, using UPS and LTL. The problem must be in their production. If they had these products, they would be anxious to ship, because their warehouses would be full. They are lieing to the dealer and the customer. I am so, so disappointed in them.
