WORST SERVICE ,PURE NEGLECT ,INCOMPITENT STAFF
Since C-M-P MHDS had made the Support Coordinator switch over, I thought that A Bridge To Independence office in Stroudsburg, PA would be a good organization for SC services. In the past year that we have been with ABI, there have been too many issues. The current SC was updating my daughter's current ISP and didn't adjust or change the information she was supposed to make. She just copied and pasted information from the old ISP to the new ISP without making any adjustments. I have called, messaged, and emailed her but she never responded to any of them for the past two weeks. The past few Support Coordinators that my DS daughter had, they have lacked experience, communication and have been very irresponsible. When we call them, we leave messages and they never return phone calls, answer texts/messages and emails. When we do speak to them its like a hassle and we don't get any answers right away. The SCs would say we will get back to you and most of the time I'm always the one reaching out to them. We have had many conversations about my daughter's waiver or ISP and always have had to wait to get any answers. We have also had conversations with the Supervisor. She is very rude, disrespectful, and hung up on us just because we were asking questions. Then, we reached out to her Supervisor and she immediately sided with her. We are not happy about the lack of services that they are getting paid to do. This government funded agency is not what we expected as they are supposed to be support services for individuals with disabilities, but this agency is very irresponsible and incompetent. The support coordinators say they care but they don't take the time to call or even send a message to give any answers or information we need. When we needed help for anything, we didn't get any help at all. They are leeching off of government funds which are our tax dollars and citizen tax dollars and not rendering services. They need to have better, well-trained employees. ABI should be investigated for work ethic. fraud, waste, and abuse. We have expressed to them that if we cannot get the services that my daughter needs, then we will be switching to another SC agency. We are very disappointed with this agency, so now we are switching to a different SCO effective immediately due to lack of work ethic, responsibility, fraud, waste and abuse!
