Poor leadership
BAG has a history of poor character and integrity at the top. There’s 2 reasons this church fails to grow, one is wearing Johnston & Murphy’s and the other is in a matching pantsuit.
Do NOT share anything personal with them, it will be used against you and shared with others without your consent.
These are not good people, should be removed so the church can grow and flourish. But the board is weak, and doesn’t have any real authority in the church.
