My husband was referred here by his primary care clinician. After waiting several weeks for the first available appointment the initial appointment was thorough and indepth. However it was after this appointment l that things fell apart. The Provider was supposed to send a prescription and documentation to the DME provider but didn't according to the DME provider. Various back and forth went on - well I should say with the DME provider. Trying to contact Joslin and speak to anyone who can help has been a nightmare. There is a phone system with a myriad of options to go through. When you get finally get a live person it is a customer service rep or operator who says they will get someone to help but comes back and says everyone is in a meeting but someone will call back (they don't) and if they didn't call back in about a half-hour to call back. When you call back everyone is still in a meeting. Over 90 minutes later everyone is still in a meeting. Meetings are more important than patients. I would not recommend this clinic if you need anything other than an initial visit and only that if you are willing to wait for a few weeks to get that appointment.
