Very poor customer service!!
I purchased a truck from this dealership in June 2024. I sold the truck I purchased from Nissan of Lagrange on March 8, 2025. I am due a refund of over $3400.00 for the cancelled extended warranty. I provided
all documentation to Berky showing the vehicle was sold and the odometer statement. I also provided the payoff
documentation from the lienholder. I was told my refund would be a number over $3400.00 and I should receive the
check in 6-8 weeks. I have spoken to Berky and another gentleman in the finance department multiple times. When I do get to speak to someone, they tell me they changed accounting companies and that checks are cut on Fridays. I keep getting apologies and excuses as to why they haven't sent the check. They tell me they will check on it and call me back. It has now been 4 1/2 months and still no refund.
