We were pressured into signing an early lease for the 2025-26 schools season. We were told that the rates were "the lowest they would be" and that "availability was low". 8 months later, the rates are several hundred dollars lower and it appears that the availability is not low. When approaching the Regional Manager, I was given a generic response.
This was the case for several families, along with ours.
Great sales tactic for a one and done scenario, however - word will travel fast for renewal time. Poor business model.
