I have used this place in the past although I like the service they have provided me in the past, I just wished I didn't signed up or bought their package to which it was outrageously expensive. I had to open up an account thru CareCredit just to pay for it I think it's a scam, click and bait. I only owned the device a little over a year and a half and the device kinda gave out so it is out of commission and after contacting their customer service now finding out I had to pay for 2 shipping and handling just to replace and give me a new one, what a SCAM. So PLEASE PEOPLE, if you are using this place for facial, just go have the facial done, DO NOT PURCHASE OR BE DECEIVED BY THEIR TACTICS OF SELLING YOU YES YOU???THEIR EXPENSIVE DEVICE!!!YOU'LL BE SORRY!!!!
