I have an insight home. I have lived here for 11 years. I moved in when it was new. Since I have been here I have replaced all the appliances. The ac/ heating unit. The windows. Had a disagreement over the cracks in the foundation and now have roof issues.
What did insight cover on all of these issues. ZERO. Nothing is ever there responsibility. Even though it says in the handy dandy book that they will cover windows they did not. My advise. Have a thorough home inspection before buying. The roof issues were caused by workmanship.
