Terrible, I had a confirmed reservation made about 3 weeks prior. Confirmation email received. 3 days before the pickup (7/7/25) I wanted to ask for information and since I couldn't contact the pickup location, I contacted the headquarters in Monza... Surprise!! The pickup location is closed and all reservations are canceled. The main problem is that I never received an email notifying me, if I hadn't called and become suspicious that after 5 attempts no one was answering, I would have shown up on Monday morning and found the gates closed. Without a van and with all the staff already organized for a move. I'm at a loss for words... I would have NEVER expected this from a company of this size. AVOID.
Pessimi, avevo prenotazione confermata fatta circa 3 settimane prima. Mail di conferma ricevuta. 3 giorni prima del ritiro (7/7/25)volevo chiedere un informazione e non riuscendo a contattare la sede del ritiro ho contattato la sede centrale a Monza...
Sorpresa!! La sede del ritiro a chiuse e tutte le prenotazioni sono saltate. Il problema principale che non ho mai ricevuto una mail che mi avvisasse, se non avessi chiamato e mi fossi insospettito che al 5 tentativo nessuno rispondesse mi sarei presentato il Lunedi mattina e avrei trovato i cancelli chiusi. senza furgone e con tutto gia il personale organizzato per un trasloco.Senza parole.. da una società di queste dimensioni non melo sarei MAI aspettato.
